At The Minster Veterinary Centre, we understand that sometimes your animal’s health can’t wait until the morning. That’s why we offer 24/7 emergency vet cover for all of our clients. Our team of highly skilled vets are available 24 hours a day.
Outside of our normal opening hours, in cases of emergency please call the normal branch number. An answer phone will take your message and alert our vets who will contact you as soon as possible.
When leaving an answer phone message please speak clearly and leave a phone number for the vet to call you back. Please say the contact phone number slowly and clearly to allow the vet to write it down as they may be out on calls.
If you have not had a returned phone call in 15 minutes, please call to leave a second message. The vets on call may be dealing with other emergencies, but they will get back to you. Please do not leave messages for general inquiries or appointment information. For general inquires outside of office hours, please use the email contact form or call during office hours.
